Billy Ray Templeton was born March 11, 1958 and departed us on August 2, 2022.
His wit and jokes were quick until the end. He was an avid runner and mathematician enjoying board or card games, Sudoku puzzles, chess and pool. Billy loved to laugh and make others laugh. He made many lifelong friends who uplifted him and us in prayer.
He is preceded in death by his parents Viola Gatewood, Emmett Templeton, sister Lind. He leaves to honor his life wife Cheryl Downing, children Derron, Cameron and Shelbi of Tulsa OK. Sisters Sally Frazier (Frank), Juanita Phillips (Tommy Joe), Natasha Rector and brothers Emmett Templeton, Dennis Templeton (Cherry), Raymond Templeton and Kevin Gatewood (Denisa). Along with grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
