NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT IN A PRODUCTIVE FORMATION
 
American Energy – Permian Basin, LLC, 301 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a porous formation which is productive of oil or gas
 
The applicant proposes to inject oil and gas waste into the Devonian formation in its Ham B Lease, Well Number(s) 01D. The proposed injection well is located 16.47 miles NW     of Big Lake in the Paint Rock (Devonian)Field, in Reagan County, Texas. The fluid waste will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 10,800 to 12,500 feet.
 
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
