Belia was born on December 20, 1948 in Rankin to Francisco and Luz Gonzalez Aguero.  She married Octaviano Aguero in July of 1971.  She had a very good sense of humor, and a kind and caring heart.  Belia was always joking around with her jokes.  She always had a nickname for everyone she knew.  Belia was a very outspoken woman who spoke her mind.  She was full of life.  Her favorite color was purple. Belia always made sure she turned a frown into a smile.  She enjoyed her grandchildren, they were her life.  She loved to play robbers and cars with her youngest grandson Drake.  They called each other “Best Friends” when they played on a daily bases.
