Reagan County and Ozona Team Up for Blood Drive

Ozona High School vs Reagan County High School... a great rivalry.
Not only is it the Homecoming game in Ozona on September 25, it is now a "What Color Do You Bleed" blood drive challenge. Students, family, staff, and school alumni are encouraged to support this challenge.
Ozona High School has challenged Reagan County High School to a "What Color Do You Bleed" blood  drive challenge. Reagan County High School has accepted the challenge. Both schools will sponsor blood drives the week of September 21st. The rules are simple... the school with the highest number of successful blood donation procedures wins. A presentation will be made after the homecoming festivities at half time of the football game Friday night. A representative from United Blood Services, along with Ubie, the blood mascot, will be on hand to make the presentation to the winning schools administration and their school mascot.
On Monday, September 21st, Reagan County will host their blood drive at the high school. Times will be 130-530pm.
On Wednesday, September 23rd, Ozona will host their blood drive at the high school. Times will be 100 - 530 pm.
Appointments are highly recommended, as walk- in donors will be taken on a first come first served basis. All donors will receive a custom t-shirt from their favorite school, with the inscription " I bleed purple and gold" for Ozona, and "I bleed blue and white" for Reagan County.
Come support your favorite school, while supporting our local blood supply as well.
Appointments can be made by visiting, and searching for the specific blood drive under the date or location. Lets make this drive great!
