U.S. Rep. Hurd to Meet with Constituents in Big Lake
U.S. Representative Will Hurd of the 23rd Congressional District of Texas will be visiting all 29 counties that he represents during the summer district work period in order to meet with constituents, business owners and city and county leaders.
Constituents near Big Lake are invited to join him for a meet-and-greet to receive an update on Hurd’s work in Congress and to ask questions about the issues that concern them most.
The event, known as DC-to-DQ, will be held Wednesday, August 26 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Representative Hurd will be at the Big Lake Dairy Queen, 1300 E 2nd Street, Big Lake, Texas 76932
The meeting is open to anyone that wants to attend and everyone is encouraged to bring questions.
Rep. Hurd will be visiting Big Lake following stops in Sonora and Ozona. Rep. Hurd will travel to McCamey after he leaves Big Lake to meet with constituents at 11:30 a.m. at McCamey’s City Hall.
