TO: LEE WILLIFORD, JR. AND HIS UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEFENDANTS
You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of the issuance of this citation, a default judgment may be taken against you.
You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Application for Appointment of Receiver at or before ten o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being Monday the 13 day of July, 2015, before the Honorable 112th Judicial District Court of Reagan County, Texas, at the Court House of said County in Big Spring, Texas.
PCORE EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION LLC, Petitioner, filed suit in said Court on the 29 day of May,2015, against LEE WILLIFORD, JR. and his unknown heirs, Defendants, and said suit being numbered 1869 on the docket of said Court, and styled, PCORE EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION LLC VS.LEE WILLIFORD, JR. AND HIS UNKNOWN HEIRS.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit:
Plaintiff is seeking Appointment of a Receiver to execute anoil, gas and mineral lease, assignment, or other necessary documents relating to the undivided mineral and leasehold interest for the following tract of land:
64 acres, more or less, being the west 64 acres of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Section No. Twelve (12), Block C, Certificate No. 125, L & S V Ry. Co. Survey, Reagan County, Texas, and being the same land described in that Warranty Deed dated July 3, 1940 from Minnie Hill to Lee Williford, Jr., recorded in Volume 17, Page 242, Real Property Records, Reagan County, Texas.
Petitioner is represented by TRAVIS BOOHER, P.O. BOX 2665, LONGVIEW, TEXAS, 75606.
If this Citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.
