Notice of Application - Callon Petroleum Company

Callon Petroleum Operating Company, P.O. Box 953, Midland, TX 79702 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced formation water/fluid into a formation that is not productive of oil or gas.
The applicant proposes to dispose of fluids into the San Andres (formation), University Lands 27-34 (lease), Well Number 1D.
The proposed injection well is located 16.25 miles in a NW direction from Big Lake, in the Lin (Wolfcamp) field, in Reagan County, TX. Fluid will be disposed into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 3450 to 4650 feet.
Legal Authority: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water code, as amended, Title 3 of the Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
