Julia Herrera, 59 of Big Lake, was arrested on May 8 and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child – a First Degree Felony. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, the victim gave a forensic interview about an incident that happened between February 1 and March 31 of 2015.
