Martina Subia Cemental, 84, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 18, at the Meadow Creek Nursing Home in San Angelo, TX
She was born February 21, 1930, in Fort Stockton, TX to Felipe and Martina Subia. Martina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother all of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Julio Cemental Sr. a daughter Virginia Cemental, siblings Flavia Aguero, Leono Ortiz, Felipe Subia Jr. and Selso Subia, a niece Lydia Barrera and a nephew Joe Aguero
Martina is survived by her loving children, Esperanza Griner and husband William of Big Lake, TX, Jimmy Cemental and wife Rosemary of San Antonio, TX, Ellis Cemental of Hartman, Arkansas, Eva Garcia and husband Leonardo of San Angelo, Tx, Irma Cemental of Big Lake, Tx, and Julio Cemental Jr. of Midland, Tx.
She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
Martina gave her life to Christ and was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ at the Apostolic Assembly Church in McCamey, Tx by Pastor Valentin B. Torres, She was blessed with the gift of the Holy Spirit. She was a faithful member of the Dorcas Society within her church and through out her life as a faithful Christian.
Memorial Service was held at the Apostolic Assembly Church in Big Lake, Tx with Rev. Leonardo Garcia officiating on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
